Prison Internal Affairs Project

                          

The Philadelphia Prison System requested that we design, implement and evaluate an Internal Affairs Unit for their system - we continue to provide evaluation and training assistance to staff members.

We also developed their Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Division to ensure fair and impartial treatment of their employees.
