Robbery and Aggravated Assault

0n 1-15-2010 at approximately 6;20pm located in the University city section of the city inside the Bridge theater.

 

Police are seeking the public help in trying to identify the shooter of a Drexel student and a off duty PA State Capital Police officer.  The shooter was describe as a Black Male 5’10 who was wearing a black jacket with black hoodie &blue jeans. Anyone having any information is asked to contact the Citizens Crime Commission.

 

The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $12,000 cash reward  posted by Rave Motion picture $ PA Crime Stoppers for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for these shootings.

 

Missing Person:

Jason Vu, 14yrs old

On Christmas Eve (12/24/09) at approximately 7:15 PM, Jason was reported missing. He was last seen around 10:am leaving his home on the 2200 block of South 23rd street in South Philadelphia.

 

The Commission along with his family is seeking the publics help.  If you have any information on Jason’s whereabouts, the Commission is administering a $10,000 reward. As always, you can remain anonymous, just call the tip line and receive your code number.

Death of Gregory Harlen

 

On April 19, 2009, Gregory Harlen (above), a 52 year old, down syndrome resident of Cardinal Krol Center (CKC) was transported to Springfield Hospital (Delaware County) suffering from two broken hips which subsequently caused his death. It is alleged that foul play may have been a factor in his death.

 

The victim’s family is posting a $15,000 reward for any information which leads to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for the death of Gregory Harlen.

Death of Andre Steed

 

On Thursday October 15, 2009 around 6:30 pm at the corner of 16TH & Locust street. Andre Steed (above) was hit by a biker who fled the scene. Due to the impact of his injuries, on October 24th Mr. Steed passed away from massive head injuries.

 

A $10,000 reward posted by the law firm of Caesar, Rivise, Bernstein, Cohen & Pokotilow for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this biker. Witness at the scene describe the biker as a White male in his early 20’s, 140 lbs, wearing a white hoodie with red spots in the back round and riding a white mountain bike.

 Jerome Armstrong (Above) is wanted for the murder of Brian Way.

 On Saturday 6-13-09 around 7:21 pm., at 2600 N 18th street police responded to a call of gunshots and a shooting. Upon their arrival the found the victim Mr. Way with Multiple gunshot wounds. The Family has posted a $3000 reward for the whereabouts and the arrest & conviction of Mr. Jerome Armstrong.

On Saturday, August 29th, 2009 at approximately 11:09 am Police arrived at 5545 Delancey St. Office gained entry to the residence and found in the front bedroom B/M & B/F.  The male was identified as Jonathan Pitts (above), the female, Nakeisha Finks, both shot in the head.

For the murder of Peter Lyde Jr.

 

On Sunday, May 31, 2009 at approximately 1:20am Police arrived at Pleasures, a bar located at 2154 Ridge Avenue, and observed a male, later ID as Peter Lyde Jr.(above), lying on the floor inside the bar from a gunshot wound to his chest.  Mr. Lyde was taken to Hahnemann Hospital where is was pronounced dead at 1:49am.

On Sunday, September 28, 2008, Matthew Novak (Above) 24 years old was shot multiple times by three black males at 13th and Fairmount. The males were in a dark blue or black 2006/08 Chevrolet Impala.

On Monday, February 2, 2009 at approximately 4:25AM, the victim was found in the 4500 block of N. Bouvier Street with a gunshot wound of the face. He died of his injury.

On Wednesday, June 7, 2007 at approximately 3:38AM, the victim was found in the rear of the 1800 Block of Harrison Street with several gunshot wounds. He died of his injuries.

On Monday, February 23, 2009 at approximately 9:42PM, Steven Hackett was found with several gunshot wounds in the 2900 block of north 22nd Street.

On Thursday, October 2, 2008 Rasheed Harrod was found in the 3400 block of Wallace Street suffering from a gunshot wound. He later died of the wound.

On February 3, 2009, several pieces of heavy equipment were vandalized at the Cottman Bustleton Shopping Center and the Pathmark parking lot located at Cottman Avenue and Large Street. Tires were slashed, and locks and other components of the vehicles were damaged. The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $2,500 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the damage.

Victim Fakhur Uddin

On Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at approximately 10:45AM, the victim was shot and killed in Rahman Body & Oils on Germantown Avenue near Chelten Avenue. The Liberation Fellowship Community Development Corporation has posted the reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for his death.

On Friday, February 27, 2009, Joseph Chang Ha, also known as Joe Ha,

67 years, was shot several times near Chew and Lawrence Streets in the

Olney section of Philadelphia. He died of his wounds. 

The 5th & Olney Business Association has posted the $2,600 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for his death.

At approximately 9:30PM on Monday, February 2, 2009, the Almo warehouse in the 2700 block of Commerce Way in northeast Philadelphia was robbed point of gun by a black male. The male shot an employee during the robbery.

On Saturday, December 6, 2008 at approximately 3:41AM, the victim was found at 400 North 2nd Street with gunshot wounds. He died as a result of the wounds.

On Friday, December 19, 2008, two women were sexually assaulted and robbed in an apartment in the 4400 block of Spruce Street by a man with a handgun. The women were blindfolded and gagged. Taken was IPOD’s, computers, cellphones, money and credit cards. This man is also suspect in at least one other similar case.

His description is:

Black male, late 20’s, 190-200 lbs, 6’ to 6’2” tall, unshaven face with goatee, black short hair, medium build. He was wearing a black or dark blue jacket, blue jeans, tan shirt and tan Timberland boots. He is armed and dangerous.

On December 14, 2008 at approximately 1:47AM, the victim was found in the 2300 block of south 65th Street with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim died of his injuries.

On Sunday, November 16, 2008, the victim was found dead of a shotgun wound in the rear driveway of the 4200 block of O Street. There is no description of the perpetrators.

On Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at approximately 11:46AM, the body of FAKHUR UDDIN was found inside the store at 5711 Germantown Avenue. He was tied up and shot in the back of the head.

On Monday, August 11, 2008 at approximately 11:15PM, a 23 year old female was attacked on 5th Street near Brown. The attacker stated that he had a gun and forced the female into a wooded lot at 800 N. Orkney Street where he raped and assaulted her. His description is: black male, late teens-early 20’s, 5’10” tall, 195 lbs., muscular build, short black hair, dark complexion, wearing white tank top, light colored jeans and white sneakers.

The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $2,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible. The reward has been posted by the Northern Liberties Neighbors Association.

On Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at approximately 5:45AM, Donte Wylie was found shot inside his residence in the 1600 block of south Ringgold Street. The victim died of his wounds.

On Saturday, May 3, 2008, Philadelphia Police Sergeant Stephen Liczbinski was shot and killed during a robbery by 3 men.

One of the men was shot by police, another was captured, and Eric Floyd is still at large. 

The Fraternal Order of Police is administering this reward fund.

On Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at approximately 11:16PM, victim Rasheem Roberts was found shot several

times at 400 North Sickels Street in West Philadelphia. The victim died of his wounds.

WANTED - ROBBERY AND ASSAULT

On Thursday, September 20, 2007 in the 3300 block of East Thompson Street, a 90 year old woman was knocked to the ground and her purse was taken by a white male, 28-33 years old, 5’8” – 5’10” tall, 160 – 170 lbs, black hair, blue T-shirt and blue work pants. This man is suspected of other crimes in the area and may be in the company of another white male in his mid 30’s, 5’8”, baseball cap. These men may be riding in a red or burgundy Chevrolet Blazer with a partial tag of  TAG 1401 or TAG 4401.

 The 90 year old victim is in serious condition with internal bleeding.  The Citizens Crime Commission is asking for the public’s help in locating this man. Please call the Tipline with any information on the suspect.

multiple times in the 2100 block of Kubach Street in Northeast Philadelphia.

Robbery and Assault of a Nurse

 On Monday, June 25, 2007 at approximately 2:35PM, a nurse making a home visit in the 5900 block of Hutchinson Street was brutally assaulted and robbed by a black male.  His description is:  black male, 30’s, muscular build, medium brown complexion, short hair, 200 lbs, burnt orange and gray shirt and dark baseball cap turned backwards. He fled on a gray or silver mountain bike with black lettering on the crossbar. The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $11,000 reward for information that leads to the

arrest and conviction of this man. $9,000 of the reward has been posted by Health Partners, Inc., $1,000 by the Pennsylvania Home Care Association and $1,000 by the Visiting Nurses Association.

MURDER OF RANSFORD REDLEY

On April 15, 2007, Ransford Redley, 49 years old, was found with a gunshot wound of the chest at 59th Street and Nassau Road in Philadelphia. He died as a result of his injury.The Citizens Crime Commission is seeking information that will lead to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for his death.

On Tuesday, July 10, 2007, Kwok Wai-Ho was brutally beaten by a group of young men in the 1300 block of Greeby Street in Lawncrest. The victim’s family has posted a $10,000 reward that will be administered by the Citizens Crime Commission for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible.

On Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at approximately 10:52PM, Walter Coleman was found with several gunshot wounds in the

3200 block of West Gordon Street. He later died of his wounds.

On Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at approximately 1:05PM, the victim was found dead with head trauma in the

2700 block of North Mascher Street. There is no information about suspects.

On Saturday, February 24, 2007 at approximately 1:59AM, JARED TAYLOR was found on the 5300 block of Claridge Street with gunshot wounds. He died as a result of his wounds. Suspected in this murder is AARON BLUE whose picture appears below:

Victim Cotneita Hanchard

On Thursday, March 1, 2007 at approximately 1:00AM, victims Cotneita Hanchard, 64 years old, and Dwayne Bell, 41 years old, were both shot several times while in an auto in the 3200 block of Mantua Avenue. They both died of their wounds.

On Friday, February 2, 2007, 82 year old Julia Kay was attacked in her doorway and was found badly beaten inside her residence in the 2100 block of South Iseminger Street. She later died of her wounds.

 

There is no description of the perpetrator other than he was wearing a coat with several white patches on it. This surveillance photo is from when the suspect was following Ms. Kay through a drug store. He appears to be dark complected, wearing a jacket with patches on chest and arms, a dark skull cap, dark pants and shoes.

On January 13, 2007, the Henry Avenue Pharmacy at 5830 Henry Avenue was robbed point of gun by 2 black males

and 1 white male. The clerk was shot in the hand during the robbery. There is no description of the men.

 The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $15,000 reward that will be paid when the 3 males are convicted of the crime.

The arrest of each male will result in a $1,000 reward at their time of arrest, totaling $18,000.

SEXUAL ASSAULT AND ROBBERY - $6,000 REWARD

This male is wanted for a series of sexual assaults and robberies in center city and west Philadelphia. His description is: black male, 5’8” to 5’10”, light-medium complexion, wide spaced deep set eyes, salt & pepper facial hair, wearing a ¾ length dark colored coat, knit cap, and a hoodie. The male is carrying a pistol.

 ON JULY 4, 2005, TAJI REDD, 26 YEARS OLD, WAS STRUCK AND KILLED BY AN UNKNOWN VEHICLE

WHILE RIDING ON AN   A.T.V.   AT 52nd STREET & HAVERFORD AVENUE.

Hit & Run Murder of Sister Paul Mercedes Perreca:  $7,500 Reward

On Monday, January 9, 2006 at approximately 6:30AM, Sister Paul Mercedes Perreca was struck by a vehicle while crossing Cottman Avenue near Hawthorne Street in the northeast section of Philadelphia. The driver left the scene, and the victim later died of her injuries.

The striking vehicle is described as a late model Ford F-100 pickup truck painted maroon with silver trim, and has a Pennsylvania license plate. The truck should have heavy front end damage and a broken headlight.

Hit & Run Murder of Royale Harris:  $2,500 Reward

On Thursday, January 5, 2006 Royale Harris, 12 years old, was struck by a car at 61st & Callowhill Streets in West Philadelphia and was killed. The driver left the scene.  The car that struck her is described as a tan Chevrolet sedan, driven by a black female wearing a burgundy top and a grey hat and had a pony tail.

On Saturday, January 7, 2006 at approximately 7:18PM, Lamar Robinson was shot and killed on the 2900 block of North 18th Street.

Danille Imbo & Richard Petrone Jr. were last seen on Saturday, February 19th 2005 in the 400 block of South Street in Philadelphia, PA.  They were traveling in a 2001 Dodge pickup truck painted black with PA tag # YFH2319.  The truck has a NASCAR #99 decal on the rear window.  They have not been seen since that time.

These are newly released renderings of the man wanted for investigation of murder and several rapes in and around Fairmount Park.

                  

ON APRIL 30, 2003 AT KELLY AND FOUNTAIN GREEN DRIVES IN FAIRMOUNT PARK, REBECCA PARK WAS FOUND RAPED AND MURDERED. THE SUSPECT IS DESCRIBED AS A LATINO MALE, LATE 20's - EARLY 30's, 5'8" TALL, 150 POUNDS, MEDIUM BUILD, SHORT CURLY HAIR, THIN MUSTACHE, AND WAS WEARING A HOOP EARRING IN HIS LEFT EAR.

Murder of William Hand: $1,500 REWARD

 ON MAY 21, 2004, WILLIAM HAND WAS MURDERED IN THE 1400 BLOCK OF NORTH AMERICAN STREET.

ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2002, JAMAL WILLIAMS WAS MURDERED IN THE 5300 BLOCK OF WARREN STREET.

Murder of Vincent Jackson: $1,000 REWARD

ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2004, VINCENT JACKSON WAS MURDERED IN THE 5000 BLOCK OF WALTON AVENUE.

Murder of Jeanne Kirschner & George Strockbine: $10,000 REWARD

On Tuesday, July 22, 2003, Jeanne Kirschner and George Strockbine were murdered in their home in the 10900 block of Nandina Lane.

Racial Intimidation: $1,000 Reward

On January 17th and 27th, unknown person(s) left racially intimidating letters threatening bodily harm to employees of the Beacon Program and minority students attending the after-school program at George Washington High School in northeast Philadelphia.

Death of Thiayanna Son: $5,000 REWARD 

On Sunday, February 29, 2004, Thiayanna Son, a 4th grade student at Olney Elementary School, died when someone

set fire to her house in the Olney section of Philadelphia.

ON AUGUST 16, 2002, TERREKE PETERSON WAS FOUND SHOT TO DEATH IN THE 1700 BLOCK OF SNYDER AVE.

ON DECEMBER 27, 2002 LENARD PALMER WAS FOUND DEAD AS A RESULT OF A GUNSHOT WOUND AT KELLY DRIVE AND STRAWBERRY MANSION DRIVE.

Murder of Felisha Newman: $3,000 Reward

On January 27, 1997 FELISHA NEWMAN was shot in the 3000 block of North 34th St. The black male that shot her fled in a dark gray auto.

The Crime Commission is administering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the disappearance of Kathleen Mohn, missing since December 1999

ON NOVEMBER 22, 2002 ROHAN HAUGHTON WAS FOUND SHOT TO DEATH IN A CAR IN THE

2500 BLOCK OF MONTROSE STREET.

ON MAY 7, 2004, ANN YUILLE WAS FOUND SHOT TO DEATH IN THE REAR OF THE 900 BLOCK OF NORTH DARIEN STREET.

7-11 Firebombing:  $5,000 REWARD

On May 13, 2003, the 7-11 convenience store at 5028 Frankford Avenue was firebombed, causing extensive damage.

for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible.

Attempted Rape & Assault: 500 Block of 42nd Street:  $1,000 Reward

The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $1,000 reward posted by the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary Hospital for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person who committed the crimes of attempted rape and aggravated assault to a woman in the 500 block of South 42nd Street on May 4, 2002 at approximately 5AM. Description: male approx. 6 feet tall in his mid-30's.

Missing Person - Latoya Byrd - $1,000 Reward

LATOYA BYRD, 15 YEARS OLD, HAS BEEN MISSING FROM THE AREA OF 49th & KERSHAW STREETS SINCE MARCH 27, 2005.

SHE WAS LAST SEEN WEARING MUSLIM CLOTHING, BLUE JEANS AND FLAT BLACK SHOES. SHE WAS CARRYING A BEIGE HANDBAG. LATOYA IS 5’5” AND WEIGHS ABOUT 195 LBS. AND HAS A MEDIUM BROWN COMPLEXION.

 On Thursday, December 8, 2005, Derron Conner was found shot to death in a breezeway in the

1200 block of North 10th Street in Philadelphia.  

ATTEMPTED MURDER - DOMENICO "VITO" FAGNANI - $5,000 REWARD

On April 1, 2005 at approximately 10:05PM, Domenico “Vito” Fagnani, 57 years old, was shot in the chest during a

robbery attempt in the 700 block of North 66th Street and is now paralyzed.  The Citizens Crime Commission is administering

a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible.

 

MURDER OF JERMAINE FRASIER - $5,000 REWARD

On Wednesday, May 31, 2006, at approximately 9:45PM, Jermaine A. Frasier was shot and killed at Girard Avenue

and Wanamaker Street while making a delivery. The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $5,000 reward

for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for his death. 

MURDER OF DARRICK HAMPTON - $3,000 REWARD

On July 31, 2006, DARRICK HAMPTON was shot multiple times by unknown person(s) at 51 & Parrish Streets.

 The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $3,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and

conviction of the person(s) responsible for his death.

HIT-AND-RUN DEATH OF ROYALE HARRIS - $2,500 REWARD

  On Thursday, January 5, 2006 Royale Harris, 12 years old, was struck by a car at 61st & Callowhill Streets in West Philadelphia

and was killed. The driver left the scene.  The car that struck her is described as a tan Chevrolet sedan, driven by a black female wearing a burgundy top and a grey hat and had a pony tail.  The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $2,500 reward pledged by

AAA Mid-Atlantic for the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for her death.

MURDER OF ROBERT KERWOOD - $10,000 REWARD

On Thursday, May 5, 2005, at approximately 11:22AM, Robert Kerwood was shot while sitting in his silver Ford Expedition at

61st Street and Eastwick Avenue in southwest Philadelphia. Kerwood died as a result of the gunshot.

 

ATTEMPTED SEXUAL ASSAULT AND ROBBERY - $5,000 REWARD

On Monday, May 8, 2006 a black male entered a female’s apartment on the 1300 block of Locust Street by identifying himself as an FBI agent. He then demanded money and attempted to sexually assault the female. He is described as a black male, middle 20’s, 170-180 lbs., 6’ tall, thin build, wearing a white or gray T-shirt, blue jeans, and is clean shaven.

 The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $5,000 reward contributed by Chancellor Properties.

  

MURDER OF ANGEL MUCCIOLLO - $6,000 REWARD

On Sunday, August 7, 2005 at approximately 12:30AM, Angel Mucciollo, 18 years, was shot and killed in the 2200 block of South 16th Street.

 The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $6,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for her death. $5,000 of the reward is posted by Joseph Mammana and $1,000 is posted by the Citizens Crime Commission.

On Monday, June 5, 2006 at approximately 12:19AM, Michael Powell was shot several times while sitting in his vehicle in the 2600 block of South 75th Street. Two black males were seen running from the scene. There is no description available of the males.

 On Tuesday, August 30, 2005 at approximately 11:22PM, Darnell Shaw, 20 years old, was shot and killed in the 1300 block of North Newkirk Street. The Citizens Crime Commission is asking for help in identifying the person(s) responsible for his death.

 

$10,000 REWARD

ROBBERY AND ASSAULT

 On Thursday, March 16, 2006, a TastyKake truck driver was shot and robbed in the area of 62nd  & Vine Streets.

 The driver was robbed by 2 black males, each 5’4” to 5’6”, wearing black hoodies and dark pants, and are about 15 years old.

The alleged shooter has been captured; however, his accomplice is still at large. A reward is still available for the arrest of his accomplice.

On Saturday, August 26, 2006, Shamari Taylor, 26 years old, was abducted by a group of  men in the Overbrook area of  West Philadelphia. His whereabouts are unknown.  On Sunday, August 27, 2006 in the 5400 block of Wyalusing Avenue, 2 female occupants were shot. The 2 incidents are related. The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $60,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for these crimes.

HE HAS TATOOS ON HIS LEFT ARM: “ONLY THE STRONG SURVIVE” AND “MOB”. HIS LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE IS ON 57th STREET IN WEST PHILADELPHIA. 

The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $3,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of Maurice Williams.

$2,000 REWARD - MURDER

Victim Tamir Johnson

On August 18, 2006 at approximately 4:41PM, Tamir Johnson was found shot several times in the 4300 block of Wayne Avenue. He died as a result of his wounds. The perpetrator is described as Michael Deblin, AKA Michael Devlin or Mike-Mike.

He is a black male, 5’9” to 5’11” tall, 190 pounds, brown eyes and black hair, which may be braided or he may have shaved his head.

 The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $2,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for his death. $1,000 of the reward is posted by the family of Johnson, and $1,000 by the US Marshall Service.
