 Biography 
Bob graduated Cum Laude from Rowan University with a BS in Criminal Justice Administration and holds a Masters in Criminal Justice Administration/Management degree from St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.   
Bob has been a guest lecturer at St. Joseph’s and Villanova Universities with regard to white-collar crime, protection of assets and crisis management issues.  Bob has been the past Chairman of the Investigations Committee and more recently, the Oil and Gas Council for the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), seminar instructor and is currently Chairman of the Board of the “Citizens Crime Commission” of the Delaware Valley. 

Bob received the distinguished “Security Director of the Year” award from Access Control and Security Management magazine for 2002 and is a founding member of the American Chemistry Council’s security sub-committee. 
Bob is a former New Jersey Police Officer, ranked to Detective Sergeant and received nine (9) distinguished service citations and served as President and Treasures of the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #72. 
As a security professional, Bob has achieved two Professional Certifications, one as a Certified Fraud Examiner from the International Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) and the second as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from the American Society for Industrial Society
